The Provan Kid and Dog Pictures

3 Dogs on the Couch Here's the Fall, 2006 line-up of dogs at the Provan house. The picture at the right is from September 1st, 2006, with Fresco (almost 10 years), Anthony (7 months), and Arabella (almost 2 years) from left to right. As you can see, only the two younger dogs are slightly concerned about being caught on the couch.

T.C. '03 Ian '03 Here are some hopelessly cute pictures of T.C. and Ian. They're really just as cute today, but they would never admit it. Here are some recent examples, with them all dressed up for Nephew Jonathan and Devon's wedding: Ian looking sharp (as well as silly) and T.C. deep in thought, both against the backdrop of the fabulous Bear Mountain Inn where the wedding took place.

Today they fight like cats and dogs, but this picture of a hug with beany babys reminds us that they really do like each other.

Ian has always tried to help his bigger brother out. Here's a picture of Ian helping T.C. with his Mobile phone reception.

Unlike T.C., Ian still enjoys being cute (and has practiced hard at it). He also gets along well with animals. Put that together, and you get a picture of Ian and the Chicken, a picture that has made Ian the poster boy of his cub scout troop.

Cute T.C. On the right, you can see how cute T.C. was when he was littler. This is one of what seemed like a million pictures taken of T.C. by Sondra, the nanny that watched them before they trundled off to school: she thought they were cute, too.

We've also got cute dogs:

Tomato Sauced Ralphie After years of living in the country without any problem, for some reason since we moved back to the suburbs a few years ago, now our dogs seems to get skunked regularly. You're supposed to bath them in tomato juice to get rid of the smell, but all we had around the house was tomato sauce. I don't know if there are skunks in Toronto, but hopefully Ralphie (shown here) learned his lesson!

Current dogs are Fresco (who's not really allowed on the chairs) and Anthony, the new pup, seen here 2 month old at his arrival in May, 2006.
